Delivery & Shipping Policy

We proudly deliver throughout El Paso and the greater El Paso area. Our delivery window is generally between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While we do our best to deliver within this time frame, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM. If you miss this cutoff, please call our shop at 915-538-5254, and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Delivery Attempts: We make every effort to contact the recipient using the information provided at the time of ordering. If the recipient is unavailable, we will reach out to the sender as an alternative point of communication.

Alternate Delivery Arrangements: If neither the recipient nor the sender is available at the time of delivery, and with the explicit consent of either party, the order may be left with a third party such as building security, a reception desk, or a neighboring individual. Once an order is handed over to the instructed recipient or approved alternate, Lily Blooms LLC is not responsible for the order.

Redelivery Fee: If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable and no alternate arrangements are approved, a redelivery fee may be charged for a delivery attempt made at a later date or time.

Limitation of Liability: We assume no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the order once it has been delivered according to the instructions provided by the sender or recipient. By placing an order with Lily Blooms LLC, the sender acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
