Liliana Elizondo, founder and lead designer of Lily Blooms, has been bringing beauty to life through flowers for more than three decades. Her journey began in 1993 when a close friend asked for her help creating wedding arrangements. At just 21, Liliana discovered her natural gift for floral design and event styling—a talent that quickly blossomed into a lifelong passion.

She began designing for friends and family, and in 1997 opened her first flower shop, Monissimo, in Juárez, Mexico. After years of running her own business, Liliana shifted focus to her growing family, later moving to El Paso, Texas. For over 20 years, she honed her craft as lead designer at some of the city’s most renowned flower shops, all while keeping her dream of returning to ownership alive.

Today, that dream has bloomed into reality with Lily Blooms, Liliana’s signature floral studio in El Paso. Combining her decades of expertise with a timeless passion for design, Liliana creates arrangements that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with elegance and heart.
